We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Lost Packages
Refunds are only issued if your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier and the order was shipped using Standard Shipping with Tracking.
- A package is considered lost only when the carrier confirms that it cannot be delivered.
- Once loss is confirmed, we will offer either a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
Orders shipped without tracking or using shipping options that do not include tracking are not eligible for refunds in the event of loss.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or external factors beyond our control
- Change of mind after the order has been shipped
How to Request a Refund:
If you believe your order has been lost, please contact us at sophie.verboom11@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Tracking number
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to reflect the refund.
